Since The Benedictine Monks of Santa Domingo de Silos last CD (Chant Noel) on EMI Records back in 1994, I have felt a massive void in my life. It’s natural for The Benedictine Monks of Santa Domingo de Silos to take a stab at ‘Viderunt Omnes’ considering her long-professed love for EMF. The Benedictine Monks of Santa Domingo de Silos had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This album is awesome.
Only one song from Chant Noel named Jucundare Filla Sion really got me. De Ore Leonis is a medium tempo tune. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Tul Sunt Caell because the melody in the chorus is so good. The Benedictine Monks of Santa Domingo de Silos has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Zelus Domus Tuae - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Strong, powerful vocals of The Benedictine Monks of Santa Domingo de Silos in Verbum Caro Factum Est are very impressive. Hodle Christus Natus Est is the perfect blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Oul Manducat is the first taste of the new album. Still going through Chant Noel and coming to appreciate Gloria, Laus Et Honor more and more with every listen. It’s such an underrated song. Hodle Nobis De Caelo one of the best in my collection. In Principio is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. I love the melodic melody of Super Flumina Babylonis and to this day it makes me feel good. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Nice and different song. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Rorate Caell Desuper is pretty funky and mellow. Puerl Hebraeorum is perfect and different song.
