This album has some very good songs like Rugged Road and Chevrolet. It’s natural for The Blue Line, Robben Ford to take a stab at ‘Rugged Road’ considering her long-professed love for EMF. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of The Blue Line, Robben Ford energies, virtually a rebirth. Check it every song is worth the money for the Handful Of Blues CD!
A fantastic track full of wonder. When I Leave Here - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. The Miller’s Son is a song to enjoy for years to come. I believe Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood is one of the most astounding, heartfelt songs ever written. No The Blue Line, Robben Ford song has come close to capturing my attention as Top Of The Hill did. Only one song from Handful Of Blues named Running Out On Me really got me. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Good Thing is almost impossible to review. Think Twice - My least favorite song on this album. I Just Want To Make Love To You - This one is lively and fun. Strong Will To Live - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody.
