thirteen years ago, Tim McGraw briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Give It To Me Strait”. This is one of the best Cd’s Tim McGraw has dropped to date. For older fans Not a Moment Too Soon will put a massive smile accross your face. Exciting stuff.
All of songs on Not a Moment Too Soon and have something to say letting alone Give It To Me Strait. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Down On The Farm was the first single release from the album Not a Moment Too Soon. Not A Moment Too Soon is the more seemingly obscure song on Not a Moment Too Soon that bear up best to repeated listening. Voice of Tim McGraw in Indian Outlaw is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Tim McGraw must have run out of lyrics on the next track Refried Dreams. Don’t Take The Girl is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. Tim McGraw sings his heart out in 40 Days And 40 Nights. Ain’t That Just Like A Dream to me is the best you can get from Tim McGraw.
