Ivan Grach has compared writing for Tony O’Connor’s new album to that on ‘Bushland Dreaming’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Bushland Dreaming is the best essence of Tony O’Connor.
The sound of Cycles is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. Air hits the heart. Passing Stories is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Only one song from Bushland Dreaming named Sweet Bush really got me. Summer Wind (10:58) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Bushland Dreaming is almost impossible to review.
