This disc has all of the essential Wagner, Richard classics. When you buy a Wagner, Richard album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Lead single “Tannhauser - Overture” and “Lohengrin - Wedding March From Act 3″ start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Tannhauser.
Lohengrin - Wedding March From Act 3 - Check out that bassline! In Rienzi - Overture you won’t find any flashy solos. Mastersingers Of Nuremberg - Overture is probably the most interesting track on Tannhauser. Mastersingers Of Nuremberg - Chorus From Act 3 - For me, this is the best of the album. Musically Ride Of Valkyries is superior to other tracks in Tannhauser. Tristan and Isolda - Love and Death Song is outstanding work of Wagner, Richard. Vocals of Wagner, Richard in Tannhauser - Song Of The Evening Star really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm.
